Document PF-DOM-01  /  Domestic schedule

The spec sheet.

Four documented builds: what is in the price, what is not, and the panel layout that produces it. Nothing here is a quote. The figure becomes binding once your roof has been surveyed.

Isometric drawing of a house carrying a fourteen panel solar array A line drawing of a two storey house seen from above and to one side. The full width roof plane faces the viewer and carries fourteen rectangular panels in two rows of seven, picked out in bright yellow green and filling most of the roof. A dimension line above the ridge records the array width as 8.06 metres. Leader lines label the array as fourteen 430 watt panels, an inverter high on the gable wall and a 13.5 kilowatt hour battery lower on the same wall. 8.06 m ARRAY INVERTER BATTERY 14 x 430W Hybrid, loft 13.5 kWh S ROOF ASPECT

NotesHow to read this sheet
  1. Note 01

Every price is a starting figure

Each build is priced for a standard pitched roof with straightforward scaffold access and a suitable existing consumer unit. Where your house differs, the difference is priced as its own line rather than absorbed into the total.

  2. Note 02

Exclusions are listed against each build

The right hand column of each build lists what the published figure does not cover, so a survey finding arrives as a known line item.

  3. Note 03

    No generation or saving figures

Any yield or payback number produced before a roof has been measured is guesswork. Your surveyor produces a calculated figure with the assumptions written alongside it.
